How CilieGin was born

Our product was born from the idea of combining the typical fragrances of the Pachino IGP Ciliegino with a Gin, seeking the perfect combination between the taste of the raw material and a quality distillate.

Behind the project of this Gin there is a lot of hard work made of choosing and experimenting with ingredients, graphic and image research, inventiveness but above all a lot, a lot of passion.

CilieGin is the result of over 300 hours of study on the elements and over 100 hours of work.

CilieGin was born from the intuition of Ignazio Carnemolla, former Barman and expert in the selection and administration of spirits. The name "CilieGin" was born from the suggestion of his "Inspirational Muse!"
